What does the free check include?
You enter a brand, a website, a category, optional competitors, and your email. The results page opens immediately and fills in as five buyer questions run on ChatGPT and Perplexity. You also get an email when it finishes. One check per email and per network each week. Paid plans add Claude and Gemini, plus everything listed under 'What do I get with a paid plan?'
Which assistants do you ask?
Free check uses ChatGPT and Perplexity. Paid plans track all 4: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. If one assistant is unavailable, the check continues with the others.
How is the score calculated?
Visibility score (0–100): how often AI assistants name you and how high they rank you, averaged across assistants. First place in an answer is 100, second is 70, then 50, 35, 20, and 10 after that. Missing is zero.
Do I need an account for the free check?
No. The check is public. Log in with an email link when you want the brand saved to a dashboard. The same email keeps every free check you ran, newest first, under Past free checks. A plan tracks the brands you choose.
How often do paid plans run?
Paid plans ask the same questions about once a week. A long question list can take a few hours to finish.
What do I get with a paid plan?
Starter is $29 a month for 1 brand. Agency is $79 a month for 5 brands, and it sends overtake alerts when a rival passes you. Will you publish my results?
Category pages show combined names and scores from finished checks. The full answers for your run stay on a private page that search engines are asked not to list.
How does billing work?
Checkout starts a monthly subscription. Your plan activates a few seconds after payment. Refresh the dashboard if it doesn't show yet. Yearly billing is not offered yet. Manage billing is in Settings, where you can change your card, see invoices, or cancel.
Can I change the questions?
Yes. Open a brand on your dashboard to edit its questions, website, category, and competitors. The next weekly run uses the changes. A plan holds up to 25 questions per brand. A free check uses five.
